William Marion Evans 1835-1919

William Marion Evans, son of Andrew and Dorothy Evans, was born in Indiana, Oct. 24, 1835. He was one of a family of eleven children, all of whom have gone before, except Mary Eliza Taylor, Henry J. Evans and Harriett Matilda Connor.

Mr. Evans died Jan. 7th, 1919, aged 83 years, 2 months and 13 days. He leaves besides the above mentioned, his wife, one daughter and three sons.

He has been a consistent member of the Presbyterian church at Troy for over sixty years.
