Ulyses S. Grant Smith
Born June 20, 1864, at Luray, MO. Died February 11, 1932 at 9:32 a.m. o'clock, at the age of 67 years, 7 months, 18 days. He was preceded in death by three children-two daughters, Ethel and Verda, and one son, Carl. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife, Anna, three sons-Otto and Pahl of Des Moines, and Harley of Houston, Texas. Also six grandchildren, three sisters, Viola Piper of Des Moines, Ella Price and Hattie Icenhour of Cantril, Iowa, two brothers, Charles of Des Moines and Arthur of Cantril, Iowa.
