MRS. RUTH STEWART PASSED AWAY SUNDAY

Near Revere, Mo., February 13, 1922, there were born to George and Charity Christy Ivins a daughter and she was named Ruth Eilene. As she was their only child everything for her wellbeing was lavished upon her.

She was graduated in the schools of Clark county and graduated from the Revere High school with the class of 1939. She later attended Northeast Missouri Teachers college at Kirksville and was one of Clark county's successful teachers.

In December, 1940 she became the wife of Robert B. Stewart of near Anson, Mo., in which community they resided until the time of her death, Aug. 24, 1941.

She is survived by her devoted husband, infant daughter, Margaret Ann; father and mother, Judge and Mrs. George Ivins; two grandmothers, Mrs. Mary Ivins of Revere and Mrs. Clara Christy of Wyaconda; also a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

The people of the Revere and Anson communities were greatly shocked and with the relatives mourn the sudden and untimely passing of this sweet life.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1941 at the Anson Community church, conducted by the Rev. Myrtle Dawson of Lousiana, Mo.
