MRS. WILLIAM BISHOP.

KEOSAUQUA. - Mrs. William Bishop, 57, died today at 1 a.m. in the Sacred Heart hospital at Ft. Madison, where she had been a patient for four weeks. Mrs. Bishop had been ill for more than a year and her left leg was amputated December 9.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Arnold, she was born near Keosauqua and had been a life-long resident of this community.

Mrs. Bishop is survived by her husband; three sons, Gordon of Monmouth, Ill. and Harold and Ivan of Keosauqua, one daughter, Mrs. Harold Breckenridge of Keosauqua, two sisters, Mrs. Edith Stonebreaker of Boulder, Colo., and Mrs. Grace Wells of Stockport; two brothers, Vern Arnold of Monmouth, Ill. and Lee Arnold of Keosauqua, and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m., in the Methodist church here, in charge of the Rev. E. Allen Magill. Burial will be in Purdom cemetery.
