ELDON. - Eddie Brown, 66, died at 12:50 a.m. today at his home in Eldon. He had been ill about two weeks.

He was born at Bloomfield August 11, 1880, the son of Elza and Martha Brown, and was mraried(sp) January 24, 1893, to Eva M. Cloke, who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lela Norris of Eldon and Mrs. Mary Harper of Rock Falls, Ill.; two sons, Dr. LeRoy R. Brown of Los Angeles and Jack E. Brown of Eldon; a sister, Mrs. Flora Hootman of Floris; three half sisters, Mrs. Ethel Debold and Mrs. Gladys Richards of Puente, Calif., and Mrs. Flossie Carter of Eldon; three half brothers, John and Sam Brown of Monte Bello, Calif., and Charles Brown of Bakersfield, Calif., and his stepmother, Mrs. N.E. Lavina Carr of Puente, Calif.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Campbell-Rupp funeral home here in charge of the Rev. Milton Forbes. Burial will be in the Eldon cemetery.
