State Deaths

RAY HORN.

DOUDS.-Ray Horn, 64, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at his farm southwest of Mt. Sterling.

The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Horn, he was born and reared in the Douds community. Surviving are his wife, Mollie; a daughter, Mrs. Charles Jefferson, of Keosauqua; a son, Mont, of Mt Sterling, and three grandchildren. Another son, Schuyler, preceded him in death.

The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Leando church, in charge of the Rev. E.K. Parrott of Lovilia. Burial will be in the Leando cemetery.
