Byers Infant Dies
**Handwritten: 1941

Edward Grant Byers, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Van Byers of Douds, died shortly after birth at the Jefferson county hospital in Fairfield Monday afternoon. Funeral services were conducted at the Pedrick funeral home in Douds at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon by the Rev. E.K. Parrott, and burial was at the Leando cemetery.
