Rites at Mt. Moriah for Mrs. Ola Walker

Mrs. Ola Walker, a former Keosauqua resident, died Thursday at the home of her son, Floyd Walker, at Los Angeles, Calif. She was 81 years old.
Surviving are two sons, Floyd of California and Edwin of Iowa; a daughter, Mrs. Ray Morrison of Keosauqua, and several sisters.
Mrs. Walker formerly lived in Keosauqua. Her husband, the late Peter Ed Walker, was county recorder of Van Buren county. Mrs. Walker before her marriage was Ola McCullough.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Mt. Moriah church near Douds and were in charge of the Rev. Lloyd Tennant, a former Van Buren and Davis county minister. Singers at the final rites were Mrs. Nellie Duffield of Keosauqua and Mrs. Lucille Marshall of Milton, with Mrs. Florence Craig of Keosauqua as accompanist.
Burial was at Mt. Moriah cemetery beside the grave of Mrs. Walker's husband. The bearers were Henson Liming, Harold McCullough, Kelsie Finney, Hollis Wainscott, Roy Beatty and James Duffield.
