Cerebral Hemorrhage Fatal To H. Siemon
Funeral Services Monday Afternoon At The Zion Lutheran Church Near Douds.
Funeral services for Harmon Siemon, 89, were held Monday afternoon at the Zion Lutheran church near Douds. Services were in charge of the Rev. Treverton Warren at 2 o'clock. Music was sung by Glenn Williams accompanied by Mrs. Craig Miller at the piano. Pallbearers were Lester Parsons, Colin Craig, Lewis Hootman, Harold Craig, Leo Parsons and Ed Strait. Burial was in the Zion Lutheran cemetery.
He died at his home five miles northwest of Keosauqua at 4:30 Friday afternoon following a cerebral hemorrhage that morning. He had been in failing health for several months. He had been a resident of Van Buren county about 80 years.
Surviving are two sons, Frank Siemon of Keosauqua and John Siemon of Colorado Springs, Colorado, one sister, Mrs. Emma Craig of Keosauqua and two brothers, Will Siemon of Ontario, Calif., and Albert of Wanatchee, Washington.
