Mrs. Frances Parks Dies In Leando
Funeral Held Saturday Afternoon at Douds; Survivors Include Son, 2 Sisters and Brother.
Mrs. Frances Anne Parks died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Roy Haney of Leando about 10:45 o'clock Thursday morning. She had been ill following a hip fracture six years ago and had lived with Mrs. Haney the last five years.
Mrs. Parks, who was 76 years old, is survived by a son, Frank Woodin of Cantril; two sisters, Mrs. Haney and Mrs. Bert Fisher of Pony Mont., and a brother, Lewis Marshall of Pony, Mont.
Funeral services were conducted at the Methodist church in Douds at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon in charge of the Rev. E.K. Parrott. Mrs. Mable Finney, Rosemary Greenfield, Forrest Hanshaw and C.E. Nicklin sang at the funeral.
Nephews served as bearers, with burial at the Leando cemetery.
