--Ella Marie Topping, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Topping of Union township, was born the 26th of Sept, 1898, and died of pneumonia, March 10, 1902, at the age of 3 years, 5 months and 28 days. For three weeks she suffered, being dangerously ill from the first of her sickness. But every thing that loving parents and kind friends could do could not keep her with us. God took her to be one of his little sunbeams. Hers is a sleep that has a happy awakening free from sorrow and suffering. Her parents are lonely without there little girl. The brother sadly misses his little sister and playmate. They have the sympathy of friends in their bereavement. Her remains were taken to Winchester on Wednesday, March 12th, where funeral services were conducted by the Rev. McElhinney of Fairfield. (may be a part missing)
