Mrs. Charlotte Bucey.

Mrs. Charlotte Bucey was born January 13, 1843, north of Douds, near business corners. She died March 17, 1934, aged 91 years, 2 months and 4 days. She was the wife of Orange Bucey, who preceded her in death January 30, 1910. To this union five children were born, four preceding her in death. She is survived by one son, H.V. Bucey, of Douds, Iowa, and one grandson, Francis Bucey, of Douds. Mrs. Bucey had been a member of the Douds Methodist Episcopal church for many years.

The funeral services were held at the home of her son in Douds, Sunday afternoon, March 18, 1934. Rev. Merton D. Wyatt in charge. Burial was in the Mt. Moriah cemetery.
