Mrs. W.A. Kerr died on Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 17, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Crane, in Mt. Pleasant. She had been ill only two or three days from an attack of flu and her physician believes that her death was caused from a heart attack.

Mrs. Kerr had been making her home with her son, S.C. Kerr, on the farm near Pittsburg where she and her husband had lived happily for many years. She had gone to Mt. Pleasant a few days ago for a visit with her daughters, Mrs. Crane and Mrs. Forbes, and soon after arriving there had become ill.
