OBITUARY
**1913

NEWTON ARNOLD.

Isaac Newton son of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Arnold, was born February 9, 1892, near Lebanon, Iowa, and departed this life, Dec. 11, 1913, his age being 21 years, 10 months and 3 days. He leaves to mourn his death father, mother, four sisters and two brothers, besides a number of relatives and friends. All of the family were present at the death and funeral except one sister who lives in Missouri. Three sisters preceded him to the Heavenly home. About two years ago he united with the Christian church at Keosauqua, and was also a member of the Lebanon Epworth League. His illness was only of a few days' duration, which he bore with great patience. Funeral services were held at the home Saturday afternoon, Dec. 13, by Elder B.W. Pettit, pastor of the Christian church at Cantril, assisted by Eld. Holloway. The body was laid to rest in the Purdom cemetery at Keosauqua.
