STOCKPORT - Arveda I. Webber, 74, of Stockport, died at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 18, 1993, at Jefferson County Hospital.
The service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Stockport United Methodist Church with the Rev. Sara Malone and the Rev. Ellis Beeman officiating. Burial will be in Spencer Cemetery at Stockport. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. A memorial has been established to Stockport First Responders.
Mrs. Webber was born April 23, 1918, in Stockport, the daughter of E.V. and Zona Clark Peck. She married Harold Webber on Sept. 27, 1937, in Ottumwa. She had lived most of her life in the Stockport community, where she was a homemaker and seamstress. She was affiliated with the Friends church, and Order of Eastern Star at Stockport.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Linda Feezor of Albuquerque, N.M.; a son, Stephen of Watkinsville, Ga.; three grandchildren and a brother, Paul Peck of Keosauqua. Her parents, two brothers, Ralph and Cecil and two sisters, Ruth and Vaneda, preceded her in death.
