In Memory of Brother Fellows.Hall of Leando Lodge, No. 15, I.O.O.F., Leando, Iowa, June 18, 1900.
Brothers, you will never forget,
The tribute you gave,
The links and the flowers
On our dead brothers grave.
Your who have smiled
At his innocent mirth,
Forget him not now,
Though he sleep in the earth. No more in this hall,
Our brother we'll see
Who once wore the links
With honor and glee.
No more hear the charges,
Our fond brother gave,
For green grows the sod
On our dead brothers grave. No more in the evening
Our brother we'll greet,
Whose smiles once made cheerful
The brothers he would meet.
Our well beloved brother
Has yielded his breath,-
His name is now written
In the mansions of Death. For, see ye, yonder mound where
The moonbeams now play,
Where the wild flowers grow
And the moss looks so gray.
We have there placed our tribute
On this Odd Fellow's grave.
The Noble Grand above will keep
Our record true and bright
On His eternal scroll inscribed
With never dying light.Com. {A.L. RATCLIFF,
