Death of Mrs. Wilkin.

Mrs. Della Kittle Wilkin, wife of Capt. Wilkin, died Saturday at 8:10 p.m. She had been ill seven weeks, and her death was not unexpected. The deceased was nearly 39 years old. She had lived here since 1872, when she was 12 years old, at which time her father was elected county recorder, and the family moved here. She was united in marriage to Capt. Wilkin Dec. 8, 1897. She was a member of the Christian church of this place. She was kind and affectionate and her sacrifices for her parents during their last sickness and her helpfulness to all were a precious example to the world and must stand to her credit through all eternity.

The funeral was from the Christian church Monday. The burial was by the order of the Eastern Star.
