Death of Luman A. Brooks.

Luman A. Brooks died at his home in Bentonsport on the early morning of Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1ged 76. He had been a sufferer for some time with diabetis. He was a member of Co. I, 19th Iowa Infantry. The funeral will be held on Thursday afternoon of this week at the Bentonsport Presbyterian church, and the burial services will be conducted by Shriver Post, G.A.R., of which he was a member. An obituary will appear next week.
