Mrs. Hattie Ehrman.
Most all of her life Mrs. Hattie Ehrman resided at and in the vicinity of Vernon this county, though born in Ohio. A few years since she went to California where she died Aug. 20 at the home of her daughter Mrs. Frank Brown in Seal Beach, and she was buried at Hanford, that state. Her age was 74. Her husband, Henry Ehrman, died at Vernon many years ago. She was a good woman and her large cirlce of acquaintances in Van Buren county will bear with sorrow her death.

Mrs. Harriett Ehrman for many years a resident of this place, but of late years of California, died at her home in Seal-Beach Aug. 20 and interment was made in Hanford, Cal., a former home. She was given a military burial in cognition of her services as nurse during the Civil war. She was born in Dublin, Ohio, and lived to the age of 74 years, passing away from the result of a stroke of paralysis. Aunt Hat as she was lovingly called, had many friends wherever she lived and will be greatly missed. The sympathy of the friends here is extended to her suviving relatives.
