Mrs. Walter Bradford died on Monday, Jan. 31, just one week following the death of her husbnad and of a heart ailment very similar to that from which he passed away. Both wre visiting at the home of their son, Curtis, and family at Burbank, California, having started west on Thanksgiving day. Funeral services for Mrs. Bradford were held on Wednesday and her body was also interred in the Mahala Valley cemetery at Burbank. She would have been 72 years of age next June.

Mrs. Bradford's maiden name was Mary Wirt. For many years she and her husband lived on a farm west of Bonaparte. They are survived by the following children: Mrs. Myrtle Broach of San Diego, Calif.; Wallace H. Bradford of Wilmington, Calif., Mrs. Willa Robinson of Wilmington, Calif., Curtis Bradford of Burbank, Calif., and Jessie and Chloe Bradford of Bonaparte.
