Mary C. Miller was born Aug. 24, 1842, and died of consumption at her home in Keosauqua, Iowa, Jany. 15, 1910. On Oct. 3, 1877, she was married to John R. Bell, who died a few months ago. Two children were born to them, one dying in infancy, and the other, Miss Carrie Bell, who is confined to the house with sickness, still living. She united with the M.E. church when about 15 years of age and remained faithful in membership until death called her. She was a good woman. She leaves a brother and two sisters, the latter residents of Missouri, both of whom were at the funeral, which was held from the residence Monday, Rev. Tho?? of the M.E. church in charge of services. The burial was in the ??????? cemetery.
