Mrs. Margaret Heaton, an old pioneer resident of Big Mound, died at her home there last Thursday, June 4. She was an old and highly respected citizen, aged 91 years and 29 days. The funeral services were held at the Big Mound Christian church, June 9, at 10 o'clock, after which the remains were laid to rest beside her husband in Sharon cemetery.
