Robert Weir Hall, 81, died at 4 p.m. Thursday at Nelson Nursing Home.
Graveside services will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Smith Cemetery near Birmingham with the Rev. Phil Campbell officiating. Briends may call at the Behner Funeral Home starting Saturday morning.
Hall was born Sept. 22, 1905 in Jefferson County, the son of Gustaf and Nettie Bailey Hall. He had farmed all of his adult life near Birmingham.
He is survived by a sister, Madge Hall, Keosauqua, and several nieces and nephews. A sister and a brother preceded him in death.
