KEOSAUQUA - Elsie Luella Westercamp, 78, Route 2, Keosauqua, died at 3:12 p.m. Wednesday at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the United Methodist church in Farmington with the Rev. James Rozandaal officiating. Burial will be in Green Glade Cemetery at Farmington. The family will recieve friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Friday.
Mrs. Westercamp ws born Dec. 26, 1908 in Mahaska County, the daughter of Charles and Alice DeWitt Triplett. She married John H. Westercamp Jan. 25, 1928 at Oskaloosa. He died Nov. 4, 1986. A housewife, she lived on the same farm for 41 years.
Surviving are seven sons, Hubert of San Jose, Calif., Charles, LaVerne, both of Farmington, Rex, David, both of Mount Sterling, Max of Bonaparte, Marvin of Keosauqua; four daughters, Velma Caston of Burlington, Vivian Kreiss, Joyce Keller, both of Fairfield; Audrey Caston of Eldora; 42 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and a sister, Vena Flanders of Des Moines. Her parents, two infant daughters, a great-grandson, a brother and a sister preceded her in death.
