Good Woman Dies.

The many friends were filled with sorrow by the announcement of the death of Mrs. Wm. Weiher, which occurred at the home wouth of town last Thursday, as that lady was well beloved and held in highest esteem.

Miss Margaret Cummings was the daughter of Robert and Sarah Cummings who came from Ireland and settled here in an early day. She was born near Bonaparte on the 2d day of January, 1853 and grew to womanhood here, winning lasting friendship with all in whom she came in contact.

The(She) was married to William Weiher September 28, 1875 and to this union were born two sons, Charley and Robert. She has been a kind and faithful wife and mother, always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

She had been in poor health for some two years, but bore the suffering uncomplainingly. As the end drew near she called the loved ones to her bedside, giving to each an affectionate farewell, then the soul went straight to the well-earned heaven, and rest, where the mother waits smilingly to greet the husband and family and friends.

She leaves to mourn the irreparable loss, a husband; and aged mother, two sons, six grandchildren, two brothers and one sister, besides many other relatives.

The funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Story Chapel, the large number being present taxing the spacious edifice to its utmost capacity-all friends who had called to pay a just tribute to a good woman. Rev. Clark consigned the body to the last resting place in the Thompson cemetery.
