MRS. ALICE COULTER

Farmington - Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Coulter, 96, were held at the Methodist church Sunday, March 9, in charge of Rev. John S. Ellis, with Rev. J. H. Krenmeyer assisting. Burial was in Farmington cemetery.

Mrs. Coulter was born in Farmington, June 10, 1851, and spent most of her life here. She died Friday, March 7, at the home of her son, T. F. Coulter, in Rock Island. Death resulted from injuries in a fall.

Mrs. Coulter, a member of the Farmington Methodist church for 85 years, had lived for the past few years in the home of her son, who is an invalid. A sister, Mrs. Rufus Corns, Farmington, and several grandchildren also survive. Previously dead are her husband, Robert Coulter, a veteran of the Civil war, who died 45 years ago, and a son, Frank Coulter.
