DEATH OF MRS. ELI WILEY

Mrs. Eli Wiley (nee Anna Foster,) died at her home east of Bonaparte, Tuesday, Jan. 15, 1901, aged 39 years. Deceased was an excellent woman, loved and respected by all in the circle of her acquaintanceship.

She has been ill with that dread disease, consumption, for a number of months past; and, while her death was not unlooked-for, the blow falls none the less heavily upon the stricken husband and children.

The funeral services occurred today at Sharon church, conducted by pastor, Rev. Geo. H. Duty, and the remains were laid to rest in that beautiful burying-ground.
