KEOSAUQUA, Ia. - Death came this morning to Keith Ridgeway, 20, well known resident of Keosauqua.
He passed away about 11:30 a.m. at the Jefferson County hospital in Fairfield where he had been a patient for several weeks. He suffered a kidney ailment.
Before his illness, he was employed as a surveyor in the Van Buren county engineer's office.
He is survived by his wife, the former Lois Randolph of Bonaparte, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Ridgeway, Keosauqua. Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Wayne Boyer, Keosauqua; and three brothers, Melvin, Thomas and Glen, all of Keosauqua.
The body is at the Burnett-Catcott Funeral home in Keosauqua where last rites are pending. It is believed the services will be Monday.

KEOSAUQUA, Ia. - Funeral services for Keith Ridgeway, 20, who died Friday in the Jefferson County hospital, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Keosauqua Methodist church.
The Rev. Richard Eis of Bonaparte will be in charge of the services and will be assisted by the Rev. John A. Nye. Burial will be in the Pittsburg cemetery.
