Faun Pender rites Friday

Services for Faun E. Pender, 70, who died at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday at Nelson Nursing Home, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Shirley Rozendaal officiating. Burial will be in Miller Chapel Cemetery south of Stockport. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Pender was born Oct. 16, 1917 in Sciota, Ill., the daughter of Lora Eugene and Stella Mae Hall. She lived most of her life in the Stockport community, where she was a homemaker and a member of Stockport United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Maxine Wechtenhiser of Jacksonville, Fla.; three sons, Floyd of Porterville, Calif., Forrest of Burlington, Frank of Elizabethtown, Ky.; a brother, Ernest Hall of Monmouth, Ill., a sister, Lois Mason of Macomb, Ill., several nieces and nephews. Her parents, two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
