MRS. EVA E. ANGLE

Mrs. Eva E. Angle, 72, died Monday, March 29, at the home of her son, Lloyd Angle, in Rock Island, Ill. She was born Dec. 3, 1970, at Batavia, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Fansher, and is survived by three sons, Paul Angle of Ottumwa, Lloyd and John Angle of Rock Island.

She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. J. E. Lawson of Batavia and four grandchildren. Mrs. Angle had lived in Ottumwa until about six months ago when she went to the home of her son in Rock Island.

Services were held from the Lester Jay funeral home in Ottumwa on Thursday afternoon, April 1. Burial was in the Shaul cemetery beside her husband.

Mrs. Angle was graduated from the Batavia schools and was graduated from the school of music at Iowa Wesleyan college. She was married on Dec. 31, 1895, at Batavia to Abram Angle who died in 1928 at Birmingham.

The Angle family lived in Birmingham for a number of years on a farm at the south edge of town on highway No. 1. She was an active member of the Methodist church and was well liked by all of her acquaintances. The sympathy of their many friends here goes out to the sons in their bereavement.
