Ralph W. Schrepfer

Ralph William Schrepfer, 75, of Farmington, died suddenly Wednesday, June 10, at 3:30 p.m. at his home.

He was the son of Frederick and Hazel Pfeifer and she survives.

He was a lifelong resident of Lee and Van Buren county and lived in Farmington 18 years. He was a retired farmer and was a sheep shearer for 30 years.

Surviving in addition to his wife; four sons, Gilbert of Ollie, Warren of Ft. Madison, Laurence of Mt. Pleasant and Stanton of Kansas City, Kansas; and two daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Verda)Krebill of Donnellson and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, three sisters and one grandson.

The funeral service was Saturday, June 13, at 10:30 a.m. in the Farmington Methodist church with the Rev. Edward Maus officiating. Burial was held at Greenglade cemetery. Miller's Home for Funerals in charge of the arrangements.
