LEO WESLEY DALEY

Leo Wesley Daley was born near Birmingham, Jan. 14, 1905, and passed away at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank O. Daley, July 17, 1940, at the age of 35 years, 6 months and 3 days. He had undergone a major operation eight weeks previous in a hospital in the west and returned home two weeks ago, after which he failed rapidly.

He had been in the west for the past 15 years with the exception of one year he spent here with his sister, Mrs. Nora Mae Woodrow.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. O. Daley; three brothers, Charles of Oklahoma City, Okla., Harold of Iowa Falls, Iowa, and Robert of Mendota, Ill., and two sisters, Mrs. Nora Mae Woodrow of Birmingham and Mrs. Cleo Boe of Sioux City. Two little sisters preceded him in death.

Funeral services were held in the Methodist church in Birmingham, conducted by Rev. F. M. James, assisted by Rev. J. N. Waterman. Burial was in Maple Hill cemetery.
