Robb- At the residence of his mother, in Vernon, Iowa, Jan. 11, 1888, Thomas A. Robb.

He was the son of James and Margaret Robb, and was born in Van Buren county March 1st, 1859. He was a quiet and industrious man. He was afflicted for several years but bore his sufferings with christian patience. In 1883 he went to California, hoping to be benefited. He was cared for by a loving mother, brothers and sisters, and kind neighbors. He leavews a mother, six brothers, four of whom are in California at present, and two sisters who feel keenly their loss. He trusted in the savior and was resigned to the will of God.
