Claudia M. Daley, 85, of Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua and formerly of Fairfield, died at 11:45 a.m. Friday, Jan. 21, 2000, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
The body has been cremated. No services are planned. Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Daley was born Sept. 24, 1914, in Milan, Mo., the daughter of William and Naomie Jackson McClain. She married Robert I. Daley in 1949. He died in October 1972.
She had been affliated with the Methodist church.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Daley of Keosauqua and Harold Daley of Fairfield; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, David McClain.
