John H. Taylor Taken By Death

Business Man In Bloomfield Since 1909 Dies At His Home

Bloomfield,- John H. Taylor, 64, died at his home in Bloomfield at 6 p.m. Tuesday. He had been in failing health about five years.
He was born July 21, 1871, in Davis county and lived in this county all his life.

He bought the Taylor dry goods store in 1909 and has been in business ever since. He also dealt in grain and wool during the time he was in the dry goods business.

He was the son of the late John H. and Sarah Whitlow Taylor, and is survived by his wife, and one sister, Mrs. C. D. Fortune.
Five brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. The brothers were James, Andrew, Lee, Theodore and Henry. The sisters were Mrs. Millard Saunders and Mrs. Jennie Wilder.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Curl funeral home in charge of the Rev. Lloyd Tennant.
Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery. The body is at the Curl funeral home.
