Death Claims Mrs. C. Gibson

Succumbed Sunday at Home East of Milton; 29 Years Old

Mrs. Clarence Gibson, 29, died Sunday morning at about two o’clock at her home east of Milton. An infant son, born early the same morning, passed away a few hours later.

Mrs. Gibson was born July 13, 1907 at Douds, the daughter of Elmer and Julia Nelson. She is survived by her husband and five children. Vera, who makes her home with her grandparents; Marvin, Edith, Bessie and William at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Nelson, of near Douds, two sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services for the mother and son were held Monday afternoon at two o’clock at the Milton Methodist Episcopal church conducted by Rev. Charles Fix, of Palaski.
Pallbearers were B. E. Wilson, George Abernathy, Lee Hyde, Franz Keller, Arthur Garrett and Halsie Harbin. Rev. J. C. Caughlan, of Milton, and Mrs. Paul Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Clair Muir of Lebanon, sang with Mrs. Hazen Beeler at the piano.
Burial was in the cemetery at Troy.
