Colyer Atlen Boyer, infant son of O. and Jennie Boyer died of membraneous[sic] croup, Sunday, Oct. 21, 1883 age 2 years, 11 months and 7 days.

The funeral occurred Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Baptist church. Rev. Boyston officiating pronouncing the last sad words over another lit* bad picked long ere the springtime bloom.
