JOHN W. BINGAMAN
John Wesley Bingaman was born July 25, 1855, northwest of Weller. At the age of 9 years he was converted and became a member of the Methodist church. He was a prominent member of the church at Oakdale.
On Sept. 21, 1882, he was united in marriage with Ida Bingaman. Four children were born to this union, all of whom survive. They are: H. C. Bingaman of Haydock; Mrs. Elizabeth Ham of Lovilla; Mrs. Mary Belle Ryan of Chariton; John W. Bingaman, who lived at home.
Mr. Bingaman died march20, after an illness of three days. He leaves to mourn their lass [sic], his widow and children, and six brothers and two sisters. Burial was made in Oakdale cemetery March 22. --- Contributed.
