Died.
At her home two miles southeast of Bonaparte, February 15th, 1892, Mrs. Mary A. Myers. The deceased was born in Pocahontas county, Virginia, Oct. 23, 1819. Came to Iowa in 1850. She was married to Lewis Myers, Sept. 2, 1852, and to them were born six children, five sons and one daughter. Her husband and two sons died before her demise, leaving three sons and one daughter to mourn their loss.
In early life she was converted and united with the Methodist Episcopal church, and ever remained in that faith.
Her funeral took place from the residence on Wednesday, February 17th, and her remains were laid to rest in the Rhodes cemetery in Farmington Township. Rev. G. W. Barber, of Selma, conducted the services.
