Mrs. Charles L. Sadler

Sarah G Stackbarger, was born January 31, 1855 Bonaparte Township, Van Buren county, Iowa where she __________ departed from this life Dec.18, 1921 aged 66 years, 10 months, and 8 days.

She was untied in marriage with Charles L. Sadler, ____- on Jan. 15, 1878, And to this union were born, four sons and two daughters. They are Mrs. Bessie Weiher and Mrs. Myrtle Bennett of Bonaparte, George of Chicago, Ill. Charles of Amarillo, Tex., and __ of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Mrs. Sallie Jameson of Iowa City, Iowa and Mrs. Kathryn Scott of Ft. Madison, Iowa. She also leaves to mourn their loss twelve grand children (one dying in infancy) and a host of friends.

She was a kind and loving wife and mother, always to lend a helping hand to any one in need. She was of a quiet and retiring disposition. The ___ beautiful spirit she showed through her latest illness may well serve as an example to all of us.

The faithful husband and children have done everything that could be done for her welfare and comfort, and we rejoice to think of her now as with the Heavenly Father in the arms of harmony and peace.

Funeral services were held at the M.E. church in Bonaparte on Wednesday afternoon, Rev. G. W. Barton of Stockport M. E. church, and old friend of the deceased, officiating. Interment in the Bonaparte cemetery.
