Charles Thompson

Funeral services for Charles “Deacon” Thompson, 514 Twenty-fourth street, Moline, conductor on the Tri-City Railway lines for many years, who died last Saturday morning, were hdle (sic) in the Danielson and Furgie funeral home Monday afternoon.

The Rev. W. A. Steinkraus of the First Baptist church officiated. Beulah Hood and Ruth Nelson sang accompanied by Mrs. George Murray. Interment was in Valhalla cemetery.

Pallbearers were Oscar Anderson, Walter Jasper, Carl Remelin, Clarence Ellingsworth, Bert Warren and William Swango.
