FARMINGTON - Grace M. MOSIER, 76, of Farmington, died Thursday at 7:40 a.m. at the Van Buren County Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 29, 1896, at Wayland to James and Nina McCLINTIC McCOY. She spent most of her life in Henry and Van Buren counties and had lived in Farmington since 1942. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Farmington, the United Methodist Women and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She married Ralph MOSIER Jan. 28, 1920, at Wayland. He survives. Also surviving are three sons, Dennis of Muscatine, William of New Carlisle, Ohio and Kenneth of Grand Mound; three daughters Nate NELSON of Bonaparte, Mrs. Stanley HOUSE of Burlington and Mrs. Bernard SETH of Farmington; one sister, Mildred GISEL of Mount Pleasant; one brother, Glen McCOY of Wayland; 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister.
The service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Farmington United Methodist Church. The Rev. Edward Maus will officiate. Burial will be in the Greenglade Cemetery. The body is at the Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington.
