Mrs. Susan Dawson was found dead in bed at her home a mile and a half east of here Sunday evening of last week by Mr. Wuxom and Coroner P. K. Ware. Neighbors noticed that there was no sign of life about the place and began an investigation. Mrs. Dawson lived alone and seemed to have plenty of fuel and provisions, and it is probably she died from heart failure while in bed. It appeared that she had been dead about three days.
