Mrs. Leonard Randolph
Virgil Lola Poling was born Jan. 2, 1898 at Mt. Sterling, the daughter of Marion and Luella Poling; passed away June 5, 1941 at Iowa City hospital. She spent her life in Van Buren county all except one year in Oklahoma and one year in Missouri.
She was united in marriage to Leonard Randolph Sept.26, 1923. She leaves to mourn her loss her devoted husband, her mother, one sister, Mrs. Zella Crits of Des Moines; three brothers, Roy Poling of Ft. Madison, Harley Poling of Cantril, Arthur Poling of Keosauqua and many nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Her father, three sisters and one brother preceded her in death. She was a member of the Methodist church of Asbury, Mo. She was loved by all who knew her.

Which never can be filledFuneral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Cantril Methodist church in charge of the pastor Jay N. Waterman. A mixed quartet: Mrs.. J. Hurwitz, Mrs. J. Hootman, Benj. Casady and Keith _ston accompanied by Mrs. George __tcher sang three numbers.
