Katherine Ormbsy Cone

Funeral services for Katherine Ormsby Cone, 88, were held at the Burnett Funeral Home Thursday, March 13, with the Rev. Bernice Dalrymple having charge. Burial was in the Purdom cemetery.

She was born October 9, 1859, and married Charles C. Cone May 12, 1880, at Fort Harker, Kansas. They lived at Ellsworth, Kansas for several years, and then at Keosauqua. They were in business here about 30 years ago. For the past 30 years she lived at Cleveland, Ohio.

One son Edward Cone, survives, and several nieces.
