Mrs. J. R. Madden Services Tuesday
Died Early Monday Morning At Her Home South of Keosauqua, Survived by Husband and Son
Funeral services for Mrs. John R. Madden, 84, will be held this afternoon at the Keosauqua Christian church at 2:00 p.m. in charge of the Rev. Edna M.Fellows. Burial will be at Center Chapel.
She died early Monday morning after being in ill health for some time. Emma Madden has been a resident of Van Buren county all her life having lived on the same farm where she died for the past 66 years.
Surviving are her husband, John and one son, Arch I Madden of Des Moines, four grand-children and two great-grand-children, three sisters, Mrs. Bruce Cavitt, Mrs. Henry Madden, of Mt. Sterling and Mrs. Omego Berg of Enid, Oklahoma, one brother, Albert J. Pettit of Cleveland, Tenn.
