Mrs. Laura Johnson, 71, Is Survived by 4 Sons, 2 Daughters

Funeral serviced for Mrs. Laura Johnson, who died at 1:30 o’clock Friday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M. H. Finney, at Douds, were held at 1.30 o’clock Sunday afternoon at the Douds church. The Rev. Charles Orcutt was in charge of the rites. Burial was at the Mt. Moriah cemetery.

Mrs. Johnson was 71 years old and a resident of Douds-Leando more than thirty years, had been ill two years and seriously ill the past seven weeks.

She is survived by six children, G.C. Johnson of Pasco, Wash., Homer Johnson of Glidden, G.V. Johnson and C. R. Johnson of Scranton, Mrs. E. M. Countryman of Ottumwa and Mrs. M. H. Finney of Douds.
