Her husband and companion died in November 1885. For a number of years after his death she made her home on the old home place with her son William and in 1894 moved to Milton. Fourteen children were born to them, seven having died in early life, one daughter Jennie Moore. of Troy, died only three days after her mother. Those remaining.
