OBITUARY

Sarah Katherine Gibson, daughter of William and Francis Gibson, was born March 29, 1844, in North Umberland county, Penna., and departed this life February 21, 1929, at the home of her nephew, Martin Gibson, at the age of 84 years, 10 months and 22 days. At an early age she became a member of the Methodist Protestant church at Mt. Zion, northeast of Cantril. Later she transferred her membership to the M. E. church at Milton. Although owing to her infirmities she was unable in recent years to attend church, her faith in the Master never wavered.

In 1905 she was united in marriage to Aaron Hull at Cantril, Ia., where they resided until the time of his death, February 24, 1914, after which she removed to Milton, which has since been her home. She leaves to mourn her death two brothers, David Gibson, of Canton, Kan.; Henry Gibson, of Wichita, Kan., also several nephews and nieces.

The funeral was held from the M. E. church, Milton, Iowa, February 22, at 2 p. m., conducted by Rev. Rayhill. Interment in the Hoskin cemetery, northeast of Cantril.
