69-Year-Old Cantril Resident Survived by Husband, Daughter, and Brother
The funeral of Mrs. Cynthia Cretcher, wife of John S. Cretcher, was held Sunday afternoon at the Cantril Methodist church with the Rev. H. F. Gilbert in charge. Mrs. Cretcher, who was 69 years old, had been ill several weeks, following a paralytic stroke.
She was married in 1883 to Frank L. Wilson and to this union was born a daughter, Stella, who is now Mrs. B. C. Casady. In 1898 Mrs. Wilson was married to J. S. Cretcher.
In addition to her husband and daughter, Mrs. Cretcher leaves a brother, Isaac M. Pollock, of West Plains, Mo., five grand-children and three great grand-children.
The bearers at the funeral were O. S. Carnahan, L. V. Daggs, F. J. Wells, W. L. Hetzler, G. L. Hustead and W. S. Haney. Burial was in the Cantril cemetary.
